Start small
Most clients begin with the $890 roadmap or a single sprint. The fee comes off the first project if you continue.
Prove it once
We will not sell a retainer to a business that has not seen one thing work first. It is a bad deal for both of us.
Own everything
Accounts, content, automations and documentation are yours. Leaving should be easy, which is why we make it easy.
What owners ask before they sign
Why publish prices when nobody else does?+–
Because hiding them wastes everyone time. Most AI consultancies make you sit through a call before you learn whether they are a $3,000 shop or a $300,000 shop. You can see our numbers, decide whether we are in range, and only then book a call. It also happens to be good for AI visibility, since assistants asked what AI consulting costs will cite pages that contain actual numbers.
What makes the price go up?+–
Multiple locations, a large existing content library that needs auditing, integrations with software that has no usable API, and compliance requirements in health or finance. We tell you before you sign, never after.
Do you do hourly work?+–
No. Hourly billing rewards us for being slow and gives you no ceiling. Everything here is a fixed fee against a defined deliverable.
What if the work does not deliver?+–
Every engagement starts with a baseline measurement, so there is no argument later about where you started. Retainers run month to month after the initial term, and you can leave with everything we built, including the accounts, the content and the documentation.
Are tool costs included?+–
No, and we will not mark them up. Expect between $50 and $400 a month in third party tools depending on the project. We tell you exactly which ones and why before you commit, and we use free tiers where they genuinely suffice.
