Where AI is used
The free scanner is fully automated. Content drafts, research summaries and first pass analysis are AI assisted. Recommendations that reach a proposal, and anything published under a client name, are reviewed by a person first.
Where a human always reviews
Every strategy recommendation, every published piece of content, every configuration that touches a customer facing system, and every number that appears in a client report.
What leaves our systems
For a scan, the public information we gathered about a website goes to our AI provider to generate the report. For client work, we agree in writing what may be sent to which tools before any engagement begins. Customer records, payment data and anything confidential are never pasted into a general purpose AI tool.
What we will not do
Publish AI generated content under a client name without human review. Use client data to train a third party model. Present an automated estimate as a measured result.
